Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Drive HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning
• Manage employee relations by addressing complex issues sensitively and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to influence decision-making and address workforce needs proactively
• Support organizational change initiatives by implementing effective strategies and facilitating communication across teams
• Manage benefits administration, including overseeing enrollment processes, addressing employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations while supporting the organization's diversity, equity, and inclusion goals
