Overview
At Frito Lay Canada, as the District Service Manager (DSM), you will be responsible for overseeing a team of SDS direct reports, and lead all SDS GES Delivery. You will be a key contributor to develop and sustain the growing snack foods business by being the one-voice liaison between Sales and Operations.

- Responsible for the DSD Service to 100+ of our large format customer accounts, including 50MM of retail volume, and +1.4MM cases annually
- Responsible for delivering Sellex plan behind labour, travel, and training
- Hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching direct reports
- Ensuring all employees have a safety mindset while working, responsible for safety incident follow-up and actions
- Responsible for auditing down-stacking and supporting facilities with AIB preparation
- Dynamic routing and scheduling to ensure efficient processes are in place
- Managing inventory to ensure processes are in place when discrepancies arrive
- Accountable for resolving all PepsiCo controls (inventory variances, ASN errors, PO errors, etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years’ experience in a people leadership role with demonstrated ability to coach others
- Outstanding organizational skills as demonstrated by your ability to handle multiple priorities, problem solve complex or difficult situations and meet deadlines or targets
- Knowledge of a Direct Store Delivery system preferred
- Exceptional communication & collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail
