- established and growing insurance brokerage seeking a Technical Service Representative (TSR) to join their Personal Lines team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career insurance professional looking to build a long-term career within the brokerage industry.

Key Responsibilities Support the Personal Lines team with administrative and servicing tasks Assist with policy documentation, endorsements, renewals, and client requests Maintain accurate client records and documentation Process insurance-related transactions with a high degree of accuracy Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders as required Assist Customer Service Representatives with day-to-day account servicing Learn brokerage workflows, insurance products, and carrier procedures Participate in training initiatives and professional development programs Qualifications Approximately 1+ year of insurance experience preferred Experience as a TSR, Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar insurance support role considered an asset RIBO license is preferred but not required Candidates without a RIBO license must be willing to obtain one within 12 months Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Self-motivated with a strong work ethic What’s Offered Competitive starting salary (expected salary range is $45,000
