Our valued client is actively seeking an Intermediate IT Project Coordinator to assist with project planning and financial controls.
Initial contract of 12 months - strong potential for extension. Work environment is hybrid (2-3 days onsite) in Montreal.
Responsibilities- Report financial status on a regular basis to management, through monthly reports
- Maintaining the Operational budget
- Support budget tracking with Oracle ERP and Microsoft Project (EPM)
- 3+ years of experience as an IT project coordinator
- Strong understanding of project controls: Cost Control, Schedule Management, Change Control, Quality Management - adherence to Project Life Cycle, and Coordinate Risk Management.
- Strong experience with reporting and operational budgets
- Must be bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Project Online
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP (project costing, coding, etc.)
- Knowledge of SharePoint
- PMP/CAPM certification
