We then work to provide financing and the support needed to facilitate their transformational journeys to study or work abroad.
It's important to note that we maintain an in-office working policy, and we require candidates to either reside in Toronto or be open to relocating to the area and committing to a five-day-a-week in-office schedule.

What you will do
As a Student Counselor, you’ll ensure that students find the right opportunities and succeed every step of the way. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify and qualify applicants: Use your expertise to find candidates who are a strong fit for Passage programs, ensuring they meet all requirements and succeed in the application process.
- Guide students to success: Provide personalized guidance and support to help students select the right program and submit high-quality applications.
- Deliver exceptional experiences: Ensure students feel supported and valued, creating an experience they’ll want to share with others.
- Understand every detail: Master the intricacies of Canadian admissions, study permits, and immigration policies so you can advise students effectively and accurately.
- Leverage technology: Use tools and systems to deliver results at scale without sacrificing quality, making processes efficient and streamlined.
- Analyze and improve: Identify where students struggle or drop off in the process, and collaborate on solutions to improve outcomes and build better processes and products.
- Brainstorm new ideas: Help us constantly improve how we identify, recruit, and support students throughout their journey.
- Experience: Proven success in counselling international students, particularly in navigating Canadian admissions and study permit processes.
- Skills:

- Thorough knowledge of international admission requirements.
- In-depth understanding of immigration requirements for various pathways.
- Additional Assets:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Proficiency in languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Swahili, Arabic, or French.
