The front end associate will excel at processing transactions accurately and timely by executing our GET checkout process. Key Responsibilities: Ensures Customer Satisfaction Using the GET Involved approach to customer service, front-end associate greets each customer, engages them during the transaction and thanks the customer for their business.
Demonstrates knowledge of products and services and makes appropriate suggestions to meet the customers’ needs. Treats all customers and associates in a sincere, appreciative manner and minimizes the time in the checkout line, acknowledging waiting customers.
Promote and recommends services offered such as Credit, Extended Warranty, Tool Rental, Pro Services, etc. Maintains Safety, Security and Shrink Mitigation Follows all Safety and Loss Prevention policies and procedures. Follows processes on the front-end designed to mitigate shrink and protect assets.
