Adecco is currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our client’s team to manage warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound workflows. As a vital part of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing shipping, receiving, inventory management, and customer order fulfillment.

This is a temporary position based in Mississauga, ON offering a competitive salary of $30 per hour.

  • Pay rate: $30/hour.
  • Location: Mississauga, ON
  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:15pm

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee both outbound and inbound workflow operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and customer order fulfillment.
  • Schedule and manage work activity for operators to ensure smooth workflow and dock priorities.
  • Reconcile completed work activity in SAP to ensure deliveries are picked, staged, loaded, and delivered on time.
  • Coordinate and verify shunting services to maintain consistent workflow and ensure drop orders are executed correctly.
  • Ensure compliance with pickup, delivery, and trailer placement in the drop lot.
  • Verify, prepare, and identify discrepancies in all shipping and receiving documentation in SAP.
  • Ensure pallet notes are prepared accurately and entered into the pallet control system.
  • Provide direction to the warehouse and ensure the accuracy of sales order preparation and processing.
  • Act as a technical resource for SAP yard management, ensuring accurate yard inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with drivers, operators, PPE, GMP policies, and quality systems.
  • Prepare picking transfer orders and full unit load transfer orders.
  • Stage deliveries in advance for operators to execute effectively.
  • Provide SAP support to operators and ensure consistent workflow.
  • Collaborate with operations planning, transportation, and customer service departments.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • At least 1 year of relevant and successful experience in warehouse management, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Experience working in a unionized environment is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • SAP experience is preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Off-shift vacation coverage will be required.
