Join an executive search firm as a part-time remote onboarding consultant. In this position, you'll be speaking with pre-screened and qualified companies requesting assistance with their open positions. This is an ideal role a seasoned recruitment or business development professional with extensive career experience in the industry looking for a flexible and remote position that leverages their background and experience.

This is an ideal role for a poised and articulate consultant with an ability to engage clients in a meaningful, high-level discussions about their business and hiring needs. The successful candidate would be adept at asking insightful questions, actively listening, and providing valuable initial thoughts.

Roles and Responsibilities

Call Delivery
  • Conduct 1–3 pre-scheduled video calls each day with prospective clients interested in recruitment services.
  • Guide every inquiry through a structured qualification framework to confirm mutual fit.
  • Clearly articulate the value of our recruitment solutions, focusing on business impact and ROI.
  • Demonstrate active listening and maintain a highly professional demeanor in all conversations.
Client Handover & Follow-Through
  • Capture key requirements and insights, then transition qualified prospects to the recruiting team seamlessly.
  • Provide timely follow-up for leads and newly onboarded clients, answering questions until hand-off is complete.
  • Coordinate with administration to confirm next steps, timelines, and expectations are documented.
Record-Keeping & Process Improvement
  • Log call notes, statuses, and next steps in the CRM and Slack immediately after each interaction.
  • Track personal pipeline metrics and recommend process refinements to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

Recruitment Expertise – At least 2 years of success in full‑cycle recruiting or consultative B2B sales, with a track record of closing service engagements.

Communication Mastery – Clear, confident written and verbal skills that translate complex hiring solutions into client‑friendly language.

Active Listening & Qualification – Uses probing questions to uncover needs; summarizes key points to confirm understanding.

Analytical Problem‑Solver – Quickly interprets data and client feedback, then proposes practical process improvements.

Tech Fluency – Comfortable navigating CRM platforms, Slack/Microsoft Teams, and standard office software to log notes and track pipelines.

Self‑Directed Reliability – Manages time independently, and consistently delivers on agreed KPIs from a professional home office.
