Asset Management Systems Analyst (Infor)

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Asset Management Systems Analyst (Infor) in the local government sector. As an Asset Management Systems Analyst, you will be tasked with ensuring the optimal functionality of applications, facilitating the successful launch of system updates, and fostering effective communication between various teams.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the initial implementation, configuration, and upgrade of the Infor/Hexagon EAM system according to business needs.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the EAM system in a timely manner.

Provide guidance and support to users on how to use the EAM system more effectively and efficiently.

Monitor and evaluate the EAM system performance regularly and recommend improvements.

Maintain system documentation including workflows, procedures, and operation manuals.

Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure everyone is proficient with the EAM system.

Coordinate with other IT team members and vendors for system integration and enhancement.

Keep up-to-date on the latest trends and changes in EAM systems.
