Be the Face of Our Team!
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to join our team.In this role, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, greet visitors warmly, and support our team with key administrative tasks.
Your future duties and responsibilities: What You’ll Do
- Deliver messages accurately to the right people.
- Follow and apply established procedures with care.
- Collaborate with colleagues on tasks like creating name cards, managing temporary equipment loans, and supporting Fun@CSP initiatives.
- Welcome and assist visitors on the 2nd floor, following security protocols.
- Help with other tasks as needed.
- Education: High school diploma.
- Availability: Work onsite near Crémazie Station, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours/week).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in reception or customer service.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks.
- Comfortable with Microsoft® Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
#LI-LG1 Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
