Accounting Clerk

This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on supporting hospital foundations.

• Process accounts payable transactions, including entering invoices and ensuring accuracy in alignment with supporting documentation.
• Administer daily gift entries and donations into the CRM system, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
• Perform cheque runs and electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments as required, maintaining efficient payment schedules.
• Collaborate with donor relations, marketing, and community giving teams to support cross-functional priorities.
• Utilize QuickBooks Desktop and Razor's Edge to manage financial transactions and reporting.
• Ensure financial data is accurately entered and reconciled, maintaining compliance with organizational policies.
• Provide vacation coverage by managing day-to-day financial operations seamlessly.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic team setting.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to address financial inquiries and updates.
