You’ll partner with senior leadership, HR teams, and hiring managers to forecast talent needs, boost our employer brand, and ensure our hiring processes stay ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and roll out creative, results-driven hiring strategies that align with business goals.
- Talent Pipeline & Sourcing: Keep a steady stream of top-tier candidates flowing by leveraging digital platforms, networking events, and industry connections.
- Employer Branding: Work with marketing and leadership teams to tell the world why Match Retail is an amazing place to work!
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Be the go-to hiring expert for managers and leaders, offering insights into hiring trends and talent strategies.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze key hiring metrics to continuously optimize our recruitment efforts.
- Candidate Experience: Make every candidate feel valued and engaged from first contact to offer acceptance.
- Tech-Savvy Recruiting: Leverage the latest recruitment technologies and ATS platforms (iCIMS preferred) to streamline hiring.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience leading a Talent Acquisition team and managing full-cycle recruitment.
- A track record of success in high-volume hiring, employer branding, and strategic sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred) and HR technology tools.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- A love for data—strong analytical skills to optimize recruitment performance.
- Bilingual in French and English (a major plus!).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, charts).
- A strong grasp of talent market trends, diversity hiring best practices, and evolving workforce dynamics.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
