Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for an Intermediate Project Manager to oversee the Production Issue Management Team, providing a detailed project plans and resolving production defects. Duration: 7 Months, to start Location: 3-4 days/week onsite - Brampton and North York Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all production defect-related activities.
Assign, track, and manage production issues, tickets, and tasks using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and SharePoint. Work closely with production team to ensure issues are triaged, assigned, and progressed efficiently. Create and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring accountability and visibility across stakeholders.
Raise risks, blockers, and issues proactively and communicate resolutions clearly. Act as a strong communicator and bridge between technical teams, QA, and leadership. Ensure release and deployment readiness from a defect-fix standpoint. Must Have Skills: 5+ Years as a Project Manager in a release/deployment or production support environment.
