Responsibilities:

• Lead the operations of the finance department which includes accounts payable, billings & collections, payroll
• Coordinate and monitor the preparation of regular financial statements
• Direct and coordinate company's budget and financial plan
• Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits and providing information to external auditors
• Ensure all financial operations are in compliance
• Lead a productive accounting team and oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations
