On behalf of Adecco's prestigious insurance industry client, we're seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Change Delivery function. This global organization specializes in diverse property, casualty, and marine insurance portfolios, with market-leading positions across multiple regions.

Join an elite project delivery team working directly with Board and executive management to drive critical business initiatives. The role encompasses comprehensive project leadership across product launches, distribution channels, operational efficiency programs, and strategic acquisitions

Core Accountabilities:

  • Lead strategic transformation projects supporting international objectives
  • Ensure delivery within specified tolerances of time, cost, quality, and risk
  • Drive business benefits from inception through realization
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships

Detailed Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Analyze project proposals to determine approach and resource requirements
  • Support business case development and benefits tracking
  • Create and monitor comprehensive project plans
  • Maintain project governance and change control protocols
  • Team & Resource Management
  • Mobilize and motivate project teams for optimal performance
  • Monitor third-party contributions and vendor relationships
  • Manage project risks and develop contingency plans
  • Track progress, resources, and budgets
  • Technical Implementation
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders on technical standards
  • Ensure smooth transition to business-as-usual operations
  • Drive benefits measurement and realization
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and lessons learned

Required Qualifications:

  • PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management certification
  • Proven experience driving business outcomes through project delivery
  • Strong capability in project financial management
  • Advanced MS Office and project management tool proficiency
  • Experience with Agile methodology (desired)
  • At least 3 years of Insurance Experience
