Responsibilities:- Manage billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
- Oversee accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) functions to maintain smooth cash flow operations.
- Conduct detailed analysis and reporting of expenses, including reimbursements and coding.
- Prepare and review financial documents to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Utilize NetSuite and other accounting software to manage financial data and streamline processes.
- Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets for financial reporting and analysis.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and improve financial processes.
- Adapt to new accounting tools and systems with minimal training, ensuring seamless integration into workflows.
