Account Manager For Digital Marketing

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Account Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our clients and our creative team. You will be responsible for conducting discovery sessions with clients to understand their needs, identifying which of our services best suit them, and ensuring our team executes their vision effectively.

This is a commission-only position, where you will earn 20% of each project you manage.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery sessions with clients to determine their digital marketing and branding needs.
• Communicate client requirements effectively to the creative and development team (graphic designers, website developers, content creators, and animators).
• Oversee project execution, ensuring client expectations are met through regular follow-ups and feedback cycles.
• Act as the main point of contact between the client and the team, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Provide clear creative direction to designers and content creators.
• Maintain a timely and efficient workflow to meet client deadlines.
• Upsell and cross-sell services to clients where appropriate.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Urdu (Required).
• Strong background in marketing, branding, and digital strategy.
• Experience in graphic design and content creation (not necessarily as a designer but with a strong eye for design and branding).
• Previous experience in account management, sales, or client relations.
• Strong ability to communicate creative vision to a team and ensure proper execution.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Experience in social media marketing is a plus.
