Testing Technician (Winter Co-op)

Role Summary
Reporting to the Director of Testing, the Testing Technician will support the testing process for various Greentank products. The Testing Technician is responsible for carrying out product testing procedures, documenting results, and identifying any issues or deficiencies.
Role Responsibilities- Responsible for testing preparation work including managing test sample inventory, storage, and oil loading etc.
- Responsible for the on-site testing work following assigned test method or manager instructions
- Responsible for data collecting, recording, summarizing, and presenting testing results
- Responsible for related testing documentation updates, including specifications, testing reports, etc.
- Assists with testing plan/method/SOP design
- Assists with managing weekly testing meetings including recording meeting minutes
- Supports R&D team in all technical tests
- Responsible for providing testing results analysis and investigation
- Assists technical teams with recommendations to resolve testing problems and equipment malfunctions
- Other duties, as assigned
- Working towards a post-secondary degree/diploma in mechanical, chemical and/or electronic engineering
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite
- High level of proficiency in MS Excel/Google sheets
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Self-driven and proactive nature
- Experience in process creation
