About Our Client

Our client is a mid-large Residential Developer with a reputation for excellence in the construction industry. Headquartered in Calgary & Ottawa, they have a significant presence across Canada and are recognized for their commitment to delivering high-quality mid-rise residential purpose built rental construction projects.

• Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects from initiation to completion.
• **Manage external construction managers on behalf of the project owner**
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, coordinators and other staff.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and manage the procurement process.
• Implement and manage quality control processes.
• Mitigate project risks and manage any issues that arise.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

• A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale residential construction projects as a Construction Management firm or General Contractor
• **Construction Site Experience is an asset**
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of construction procedures, material and project management principles.

• A competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $180,000.
