Production Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Production Supervisor who wants to work hands on to join our fast-paced dynamic team in Bradford, Ontario! This individual will report to and work closely with the Production Manager to assist in all aspects of manufacturing, inventory, and process flow, while promoting a positive work environment!
In this role, you will be working hands on with our Production team and carrying out the day-to-day duties in the Production department.
Day in the life:
- Schedule is Monday through Friday with 6AM or 7AM start times – Hours are seasonally impacted April through August
- Actively involved in Production Planning
- Deliver ongoing training for all policies and procedures to employees
- Promote and enforce Health & Safety within in the workplace
- Working with Cell Leaders, and team members to ensure daily requirements are met within the production process
- Participate in daily production, while monitoring quality standards
- Provide employees training on specific tasks to ensure that procedures are followed and meet all quality & safety requirements

Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in a leadership role
- Experience leading a team of 15+ team members
- Strong leadership, organizational skills, time management, verbal/written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and personal means of transportation to and from our facility
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Payworks or comparable payroll software
- Ability to work with the team, lifting and moving 20-40LBS Propane Tanks
