We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an administrative coordinator in the industry of Independent Portfolio Management, based in Toronto, Ontario. This role involves providing efficient administrative support to our clients and working closely with internal partners, primarily Banking Transfers and Data Services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to clients, ensuring all assignments are completed promptly and accurately.
  • Handle client queries, providing responses in a timely manner.
  • Expand knowledge in AdminPro from an Operational perspective.
  • Work with multiple technology platforms and develop a thorough understanding of their interaction.
  • Communicate via email directly to Networks/internal partners while navigating operational processes.
  • Prioritize day-to-day activities related to the processing of tickets and answering inquiries.
  • Provide support to Team Managers and Service Coordinators within the Service Delivery team.
  • Timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-up to ensure any outstanding items are processed.
  • Daily review and approval of administrative items such as De-registrations, Bank Transfers, Foreign Exchanges and Internal Account Transfers.
  • Provide process improvement recommendations that will enhance the overall business relationship with clients.
  • Carry out reconciliation of accounts and any other duties as assigned.
