We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Restaurant Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a leader, you will guide your team to deliver an outstanding dining experience while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company policies.
- Supervise and train staff in food handling, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist in the development of staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for complete satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Operate the POS system efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions and reporting.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality control.
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant management is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and equipment usage.
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and reporting.
