Our client is a very established Construction Management Firm that has been around for over 20 years specializing in Civil and Industrial projects specifically WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant projects). Job Description- Supervising the construction project and all the operations on the site
- Ensuring that the quality of work and materials is upheld - Upholding Quality Assurance and Quality Control standards
- Organizing and Supervising site staff, trades and contractors and ensuring that they are performing as required and reporting progress
- Tracking/logging daily manpower on site and maintaining a project diary
- Ensuring that the health and safety project plans and MOL requirements are implemented and followed
- Ensuring that the budget is followed; work with the Project Manager in managing all Division 1 costs
- Creating, Monitoring, and updating project schedules and ensuring the schedule and look ahead schedules are followed and provide updates to the Project Manager/Senior Management as required

The Successful Applicant- 7-10+ years local Canadian experience (preferred) in construction as a ICI Site Superintendent working on multiple full-cycle (Industrial, Civil and WWTP projects)
- Have a post secondary education in Business, Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent (MBA and M. Eng. Preferred)
- Have all necessary certifications like Working at Heights, WHIMIS, First Aid and Basics of Supervision
- Possess thorough knowledge in designing and building large scale multi family construction projects
- Able to read construction working drawings including and not limited to architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and landscape drawings
- You'll wear multiple hats and get hands on experience with all aspects of your team's projects
- From your first day you will be involved in shaping the direction of the projects
- While our client is there to provide guidance, they trust you to do your job and achieve success
- $130,000 - 150,000+ base salary plus package (accomodations, bonus, truck, gas card)
