Lead Supervisor

Job Description:

Your primary duties will include ensuring smooth parking operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with all parking regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Leadership:
• Manage and lead a team of Parking Ambassadors to ensure efficient and effective parking operations.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to Parking Ambassadors.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to promote professional development.
• Operational Management:
• Oversee daily parking operations to ensure optimal use of parking facilities.
• Direct vehicles to appropriate parking spaces and manage parking flow.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of parking areas.
• Customer Service:
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about parking procedures.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Enforce parking regulations and issue citations or warnings as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and local regulations.
• Report any violations or incidents to the Location Manager.
• Record Keeping and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of parking transactions and incidents.
• Prepare and submit reports on parking operations to the Location Manager.
• Assist in the development and implementation of parking policies and procedures.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in parking management or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in management or related fields preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Fluency in [English/French] is required.
