General Labourer - London

Adecco is currently hiring several full-time General labourers to join our client’s production team and contribute to the efficient operation of our plant. In this role you will be responsible for various general plant tasks that ensure the production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

• Wage: $18.40 - $19.65/hour
• Location: Woodbridge, ON (Vaughan and Brampton locations as well)
• Shift: Days
• 7:00am – 3:00pm | Afternoons
• 3:00pm - 11:00pm | Nights 11:00pm
• 7:00am
• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly and packaging tasks, including feeding product to the line, packaging, making boxes, applying tamper seals, and closing lids.
• Support machine operation as a back-up Machine Operator when required.
• Adhere to Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and Health & Safety policies at all times.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain operational excellence.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Area Leader, Supervisor, or Plant Manager.

Qualifications:

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or food processing environment is an asset.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented setting and take on various tasks as needed.
