Senior Product Manager, Advertising Platform

As the Senior Product Manager, Advertising Platform, you will have the opportunity to define and evolve our advertising platform. You will collaborate with teams to release features that meet the needs of our advertisers and Advance sales & operations teams.The ideal candidate for this role brings a mix of strong product management skill set, technical fluency and a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
What You'll Do- Develop the vision and roadmap for your product portfolio.
- Ensure product roadmap meets stakeholder needs and is delivered on time.
- Actively manage the team's backlog including ongoing prioritization, grooming and resolving dependencies with partner teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and align senior leadership on vision & roadmap.
- Measure success with KPI’s that include revenue targets, operational efficiencies, feature adoption and stability.
- Help contribute to the team culture of speed, candor, curiosity and experimentation in the retail media product organization.
- 5 years of product management experience, preferably in advertising tech.
- You have a track record of iterative building to ship features and you are willing to roll up your sleeves to help the teams.
- You have experience working in a highly matrixed environment and influenced teams to bring alignment.
- Solid understanding of agile delivery methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and sift through ambiguity.
