Charter Specialist - Kitchener Waterloo

Voyago is hiring a Full Time Charter Specialist in Kitchener-Waterloo!

Your role:

• You are a highly motivated individual who thrives on building and maintaining client relationships
• You will be responsible for booking all incoming charter requests
• You will be responsible for overseeing and generating reports.
• You will bid on new charters and help reshape one of our growing divisions!
• You will have the opportunity to assist with special projects and be a key player in charter success!
• You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Marketing department to promote new Charter opportunities and provide innovative solutions for customer inquiries

Requirements

Your profile:

• You have extraordinary customer service skills
• You are both highly professional and engaging
• You are highly organized with the ability to balance both phone inquires, and email correspondence
• You can provide a clean criminal record search
• You have to ability to stay informed with local events and community gatherings in London and surrounding area
• You have exceptional time and stress management skills
• You possess solid communication skills
• You are proficient with computer and software skills with intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
• You can easily navigate and engage on social media sites
• Your understanding of a transportation company is an asset
• You have geographic knowledge of surrounding area
• You are available to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
