Business Analyst – Distribution/Customer Service

THE ROLE:
Are you a skilled Business Analyst with a proven track record in the distribution or warehouse industries? Do you excel in identifying and documenting requirements for sales, service, and operations while supporting ERP systems? Our client is seeking a Distribution/Customer Service Business Analyst (BA) to play a critical role in designing processes and documenting system requirements to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design and requirements documentation for sales orders, customer service, and operations within the ERP system
- Assist with processes linked to warehouse management, including inventory tracking, picking, packing, and returns management
- Help define ERP requirements for customer order entry from both an online portal and by liaising with the sales team
- Develop processes to resolve issues surrounding sales orders, inventory picking, and warehouse delivery to ensure seamless service
- Coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders across sales, operations, and customer support to track and manage tasks
- Assist with additional duties as required during the implementation and beyond
