Customer Service Representative - Robert Half

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
• Manage customer complaints, working towards a satisfactory resolution.
• Respond to customer queries through email and phone, providing them with detailed information.
• Carry out general administrative tasks to support the customer service function.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to enter customer data and maintain records.
• Schedule appointments as required, ensuring efficient coordination.
• Execute order entry tasks, making sure all customer orders are accurately recorded.
• Balance inbound and outbound calls to optimize customer service operations.
• Use excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
