Responsibilities
Tasks- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
- Provide information or services, such as employee assistance and counselling
- Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
- Research and design special events programs
- Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Prepare admission, program, release, transfer and other reports
- Develop communication strategies
