Our energy & utilities client is looking for a Senior Business Transformation Consultant to provide expert support for the Asset Management Transformation Project. This initiative is focused on optimizing asset management processes, systems, and business practices-particularly involving IBM Maximo.
Location: St. John’s, NL (candidates must be based locally)Work Type: Part-time contractWorkload: 8 hours per weekStart Date: May 1, 2025End Date: July 1, 2026On-call/Weekend Work/Travel: Not required Responsibilities: Support the business transformation initiative for Asset Management by advising on best practices, aligning business goals with technology, and improving Maximo system usage.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment. Leverage IBM Maximo expertise to support strategic decision-making and system optimization. Provide insight into change management, operational readiness, and transformation execution within asset management.
Participate in check-ins, provide documentation reviews, and offer strategic recommendations on a weekly basis. Must-Have Skills: Proven experience in business transformation within the Asset Management domain. Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo in a utility or energy industry context.
