Job Purpose: We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Onboarding, Recruitment, and Employee Central to join our HR Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruitment, and Employee Central modules, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the employee lifecycle.
You will work closely with the HR and IT teams to provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements. Specific Accountabilities: SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruitment & Employee Central Support: Provide expert-level support and guidance for SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruitment, and Employee Central modules, ensuring systems are configured to meet business needs and HR objectives.
System Configuration & Optimization: Assist in the configuration, testing, and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruitment, and Employee Central modules. Ensure they are aligned with company policies, processes, and best practices.
Process Improvement: Analyze and recommend improvements to current workflows within SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruitment, and Employee Central, ensuring they are optimized for efficiency, accuracy, and user experience. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruitment, and Employee Central, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to HR processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, IT, and other business units to gather requirements, implement new features, and ensure system updates meet the needs of all stakeholders. Training & Documentation: Provide training and support for HR team members and other users on SuccessFactors processes and functionalities.
Create and maintain user documentation for system procedures and best practices. Data Integrity & Reporting: Monitor data integrity within the system and generate reports to support HR analytics and decision-making. Selection Criteria: Proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in Onboarding, Recruitment, and Employee Central modules.
3-5 years HRIS experience with focus on system implementations, system administration and project management with the desire to learn new systems and create efficiencies in HR processes. Strong understanding of HR processes and how they integrate with SuccessFactors.
Experience in system configuration, troubleshooting, and providing end-user support within SuccessFactors. Ability to analyze and improve business processes and workflows. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with SuccessFactors reporting. Strong project and time management skills; able to manage workload efficiently to fulfill commitments in a timely manner; must be flexible to work within fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
SAP SuccessFactors Certification. Experience with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Performance & Goals, Learning) is a plus. Knowledge of integration between SuccessFactors and other HR systems. At Hydro One we understand that the success and strength of our business rests with our people.
