Job Description- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define high-level business requirements and prepare compelling business cases that align with our strategic goals.

- Develop and meticulously document business rules, interface specifications, and conceptual designs to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Facilitate design reviews and other key meetings, fostering alignment and progress among all stakeholders.
- Oversee user acceptance testing and other critical testing activities to ensure our systems deliver exceptional value and performance.

The Successful Applicant- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline. This is essential to provide a solid foundation in both business and technical aspects
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical Business Analyst, with experience in Treasury business processes.
- 1-2 years of experience in implementing and supporting QRM software, with a strong understanding of quantitative risk management principles and practices.
- Knowledge and experience with reverse engineering, reading, gathering, and extracting code.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to drive conversations and interact with senior stakeholders, including VPs.
- A results-driven and flexible approach, with a passion for variety in work and making meaningful contributions.
- Experience with SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and risk assessment tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
