Position Overview:

As a Part-Time Sales Representative, you will be assigned to a single store location for the duration of the contract, where you will represent our client’s home appliance product lineup. In this role, you will be the face of the brand, engaging with customers to highlight key features, communicate brand messaging, and drive excitement around the products.

You will play a critical role in facilitating the sales process by actively connecting with customers, providing product demonstrations, and sharing expert knowledge, while handing off transactions to store associates for completion.

Additionally, you will partner with store teams to build strong relationships and support training initiatives, ensuring store associates are equipped with the information needed to support sales. You will also address any questions or concerns from existing customers to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable in-store experiences.
  • Promote a range of home appliance products, communicating key benefits and differentiators to drive brand awareness.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations to generate excitement and interest.
  • Collaborate with store sales teams and leadership to strengthen partnerships and improve store performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest appliance technology and product trends.
  • Maintain regular communication with your local Field Sales Trainer to share insights and updates from the store.
  • Monitor and strive to achieve weekly sales targets; eligible for bonus incentives based on performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in consumer electronics or home appliance sales preferred.
  • Prior retail leadership experience is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the home appliance industry is a plus.
  • Flexible part-time availability, with shifts primarily on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (weekday afternoon/evening and weekend morning/afternoon).
  • Outgoing, energetic, and highly engaging.
  • Comfortable with technology and capable of learning new product features quickly.
  • Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
