We are in search of a Bilingual (French-English) Accounting Clerk to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Responsibilities:
- Verify the correctness of supplier invoices and ensure all necessary approvals are in place
- Accurately process customer credit applications
- Maintain updated and precise customer credit records
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed
- Utilize Excel for data management and analysis, including the use of pivot tables
- Use financial software, such as Workday Financials, for various accounting tasks
- Adjust customer accounts as necessary to maintain accuracy
- Collaborate with a team of 8 to ensure all financial operations are running smoothly.
