Job Description- Overseeing the planning and execution of data centre construction projects
- Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Tracking project progress and providing regular updates to leadership
- Managing budget and resources to ensure project is completed efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Anticipating and managing potential risks and issues
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Continually improving project management processes and practices

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects, particularly data centres ranging in value between $100M and $200M in scope
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of the local construction industry and its regulations
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- A competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $180,000
