Our client is a large organization within the industrial buildings construction industry. Operating at an international level, they specialize in the design, construction, and management of data centres and light industrial temperature controlled facilities.

Job Description
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of data centre construction projects
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
  • Tracking project progress and providing regular updates to leadership
  • Managing budget and resources to ensure project is completed efficiently
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Anticipating and managing potential risks and issues
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors
  • Continually improving project management processes and practices

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects, particularly data centres ranging in value between $100M and $200M in scope
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of the local construction industry and its regulations
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
