Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and input data accurately into our systems. This role requires a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy, ensuring that data is handled and processed correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases.
• Handle large volumes of data with speed and precision.
• Process incoming data, documents, and forms as per department needs.
• Respond to inquiries related to data and provide support as needed.
• Organize and file documents for easy retrieval.
• Perform regular data backups to maintain system integrity.
• Identify and correct errors in data entries.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and improve workflow processes.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot errors.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
