About Our Client

Our client is a leading general contractor specializing in the refurbishment and renovation of condominium buildings across the GTA. With a focus on high-quality tenant leasehold and interior work, they deliver exceptional results for lobbies, common areas, and other mixed-use building spaces.

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Supervise on-site work, ensuring safety protocols and building regulations are followed.
• Provide leadership to project teams, including site supervisors and tradespeople.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Maintain strong relationships with property managers and condominium boards to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.

• 5-7 years of experience (or 3-6 years with strong expertise) in tenant leasehold, interior work, renovations, and repairs of condominium or mixed-use buildings.
• Proven track record of managing refurbishment projects for lobbies, common areas, and other shared spaces.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating subcontractors.
• Valid driver's license.
