Position Overview:
In your capacity as a Retail Sales Supervisor, you will be crucial to maintaining our store's seamless functioning. In addition to leading sales success and providing exceptional customer service, your responsibilities will include managing and inspiring a group of sales representatives.Your ability to lead and organize will be crucial to meeting our sales targets and preserving a happy, productive work atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Work Schedules.
- Supervise and Assign Sales Workers to duties.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer request and complaints.
- Sell Merchandise and services.
- Authorize return of merchandise.
- Resolves supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Manage cash.
- Prepare or arrange permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for retail space, promoting specific products and services.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
- Conduct and maintain performance reviews.
- Verify adherence to the policies and processes of the company.
