Aurora - Client Services Billing Analyst

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Billing Analyst in Aurora, Ontario. This role is crucial in facilitating a seamless connection between our clients and our marketing team. The Client Services Billing Analyst will be responsible for managing customer payments, issuing invoices, and providing excellent customer service.

• Accurately enter billing information into the system on a weekly and monthly basis
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of billing invoices
• Communicate with customers through emails or phone calls to follow up on outstanding payments
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently
• Reconcile sales order records with shipping documents to guarantee correct billing for clients
• Maintain invoicing for all projects, capturing all additional billable charges
• Perform various clerical duties as assigned
• Prioritize workload in response to multiple requests and changing business dynamics
• Adhere to all relevant Environmental, Health and Safety, Human Resources, Quality, Security, and Company policies and procedures
• Comply with the Occupational Health & Safety Act of Ontario and all other applicable legislated, environmental, health & safety regulations.
