Please note: This posting is for a 4-month Student Summer 2025 placement with a start date of May 2025 and end-date of August 2025.
In order to be eligible for this 4-month Student position, you must either:
- Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of August 2025; or
- If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in April/August 2025), but you require the work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.

What is the opportunity?
As a summer student supporting the Payments & FX product team, you will have the opportunity to assist in various product development, analysis, and operational activities. This role will allow you to work closely with Payments FX product managers to expand knowledge in the personal payments space (i.e. Wires, eTransfer, Bill Pay, Debit eCommerce), with a specific focus on the Debit eCommerce product.This role will give you the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders (marketing, operations, IT) and support the product strategy and roadmap.
What will you do?- Assist in product and competitive analysis for Virtual Visa Debit (VVD) to support the development of VVD features.
- Help with data analysis related to VVD usage and product performance.
- Participate in the Virtual Visa Debit Original Credit Transaction (OCT) project: support the go-to-market plan and coordinate discussions with key internal stakeholders.
- Support ad hoc requests for Virtual Visa Debit requiring analysis support and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, IT, digital)
- Support with other potential Payments projects as they may arise.
