The Opportunity - Role Overview:
- As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our dealership, serving as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Our Minister of First Impressions!!
- Your role will involve providing proactive exceptional service, ensuring complete customer satisfaction, and coordinating efficient vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience and building long-term relationships with our clients.
Your Rewarding, Fast-Paced Day - Key Responsibilities:
- Be awesome, proactive, kind and friendly.
- Greet customers with a wide smile and warm, friendly, professional demeanor.
- Conduct thorough vehicle walk-around inspections and accurately document customer concerns.
- Consult with customers with professionalism and patience to understand their automotive service and repair needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of necessary repairs, associated costs, and timeframes.
- Generate repair orders and communicate work estimates to customers.
- Coordinate with our skilled technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs.
- Proactively keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle service and any changes in the repair process, in their preferred communication method.
- Offer additional services and accessories that may enhance the customer's vehicle ownership experience.
- Process payment transactions accurately and maintain organized financial records.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry is preferred or in a similar frontline customer service role with transferable skillset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using, or eagerness to learn, automotive service software and computer systems.
- A solid understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance requirements.
- Exceptional organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

Compensation:
- Competitive Salary with amazing sales performance and customer service bonus.
- Total compensation range: $65,000 – 115,000 per annum.
