Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.

• Accurately enter and process sales transactions and orders.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Ensure punctuality and readiness for each shift.
• Weekend availability is required.

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an asset.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and able to work in a team environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a dynamic setting.
• Must be available for weekend shifts.
