Financial Project Manager (PMP) - Dynamics 365 F&O

Your expertise in project management and financial systems will be instrumental in driving success across our global, cross-functional teams.

Contract will last for at least 6-9 mon.

Occasional visits to Client's office in Markham, ON will be required.

Responsibilities:

• Support the migration of financial systems from Dynamics GP to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F& O), ensuring seamless implementation.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans using tools like Project or Smartsheet, ensuring timely delivery.
• Administer and manage SharePoint sites to support document organization and collaboration.
• Collaborate effectively with global teams, bridging communication between technical experts and finance stakeholders.
• Utilize Visual Studio to edit and refine flowcharts provided by consultants.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep initiatives on track.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply advanced organizational and problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively.
• Provide leadership and guidance, leveraging your project management expertise to achieve objectives.
