Our client, a growing service company in Oakville, is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join their finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in high-volume Accounts Receivable (AR), collections, and financial reconciliations.

• Accounts Receivable (AR) & Collections – 80%
• Manage high-volume AR transactions (3,500+ invoices per month).
• Oversee and execute collections processes, ensuring timely payments from customers.
• Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to payments and invoices.
• Accounts Payable (AP) Support – 10%
• Process low-volume AP transactions, including vendor payments and approvals.
• Assist in reviewing and coding invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Month-End Close & Reconciliations – 10%
• Assist with bank and account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
• Support journal entries and financial reporting as part of month-end close.
• Work closely with the finance team to improve processes and reporting efficiency.
