Senior Financial Analyst - Manufacturing - Mississauga

About Our Client

Our client is a leading Manufacturing Company based out of Mississauga

• Identify patterns and underlying trends through performing a thorough, detailed analysis of large quantities of data using advanced Excel knowledge
• Assist with monthly inventory analyses and reconciliations
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the strategies, business issues, risks and profitability opportunities of specific business units
• Monitor and track results versus budget/forecast, perform variance analysis, investigate variances to identify risks and opportunities, and communicate findings to the Finance team
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes as needed
• Provide all management reporting on an accurate, timely and reliable basis
• Manage franchise and partner invoicing and payment collection process from beginning to end
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements
• Maintain up to date process documentation for all primary responsibilities
• Other duties as required, including ad hoc analysis, reporting and special projects

• Minimum 3 years of relevant analytical and full-cycle accounting experience in a mid- size organization
• CPA professional designation required
• Undergraduate degree required (Finance or Accounting preferred)
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage a team with advanced leadership and communication skill
