Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and daily operational oversight to ensure safe, person-centered care.

Qualifications:
- BCCNM Registered RN, RPN, LPN with leadership experience in long-term care.
- Skilled in operational and financial management.

- Excellent communicator and team collaborator.
