As we expand our reach across the globe, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Global Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People, Culture and Learning team. You will play a crucial role in building our workforce, contributing to our mission of leadership growth on a global scale. Responsibilities- Develop and implement global talent acquisition strategies that align with company goals.
- Partner with our program director to understand talent pools.
- Source and engage with top talent using various recruitment methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from talent sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process and candidate experience.
- Access our library of mindset and self-image improvement e-courses, leadership development seminars to sharpen your skillsets
- Utilize our automated CRM system to streamline the work flow
- A strong belief in the value of continual growth and self-improvement.
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to taking actions and achieving measurable results.
- Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role is a strong asset
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition and sourcing strategies and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Dedicate 15-20 hours per week consistently to client engagement and professional development.
- Passion for coaching and developing individuals, with a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion.
