What is the opportunity?

The Associate, Platforms play a key role in supporting the operational management and enhancement of our strategic platforms across UK, European, and Asia. Reporting to the Director, Fund Distribution, this role is responsible for assisting the day-to-day administration, data reconciliation, and coordination of platform related activities that underpin our global fund distribution and client data management functions.

In addition, the associate will also provide general day-to-day support to the broader Fund Investor Operations team.

What will you do?
  • Platform administration & data management. Assist in maintaining accurate records of platform agreements and fee structures in Salesforce.
  • Support broader function of the Fund Investor Operations, such as cross-functional initiatives and assist with projects.
  • Support the ongoing reconciliation of fee rate and platform fees, ensuring data integrity across platforms, Transfer Agent, and systems.
  • Assist in managing the central repository of platform documentation and audit trails.
  • Aid in the coordination of platform agreement negotiations, amendments, and terminations.
  • Prepare and review documentation related to platform contracts and ensure compliance with internal policies and guidelines.
  • Serve as point of contact for queries related to platform operations, providing timely and accurate information to internal stakeholders.
  • Support the team in liaising with external platform partners, ensuring that any issues or discrepancies are promptly addressed.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline platform processes and support the implementation of system enhancement.

  • Strong understanding of platform operations, fee structures, and distribution dynamics.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, confidence to effectively interface at all levels across the organization.
  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented; ability to multitask in face-paced environment.
  • A track record of managing deadlines and delivering with a client first mind-set.
  • Ability to think strategically with respect to data, process, and risk control.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with others across the business.
