Social Media & Content Coordinator - Full-Time

Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager, Brand & Retail Experience
Location: Vancouver, BC

Annual Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 depending on experience

COBS Bread is looking for a Social Media & Content Coordinator for our Downtown Vancouver Support office. This role will be responsible for developing marketing content for Social, eCommerce, Email, managing and executing social media content calendar, and producing and editing tailored visual content for social media.

Responsibilities includes:

  • Maintain social media strategy including brand story deliverables, KPIs, and reporting
  • Provide content and administer on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok and other channels
  • Provide content support for channels such as eCommerce, blog, email, campaigns, and other programs
  • Identify and execute against generated content for social media and other projects including production and post-production photography and videography
  • Organize photoshoot logistics including product ordering, props, shoot location, and other administrative responsibilities
  • Create content for various Marketing projects as the brand voice gatekeeper
  • Support PR opportunities relating to influencer programs, social media platforms, and copywriting
  • Other projects as assigned

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table
  • Degree in Marketing, or Communications, completed or in progress
  • Minimum 2 year’s experience in social media and copywriting
  • Experience in content ownership
  • Proven experience in writing and editing copy
  • Experience in working with Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience in photo and video production, editing, and image capture for social media
  • Extensive knowledge of social media channels (primarily Meta Business Suite) and platforms
  • Ability to manage relationships with external suppliers / agencies
  • Extensive knowledge of Sprout Social Analytics
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics
